一 |     文明交通          倡议书          第12个全国交通安全日          广大交通参与者们：          大家好！          今年12月2日是第12个122“全国交通安全日”，主题是“文明交通 你我同行”！12年来，交通安全启智铸魂、砥砺前行，从最基本的“遵守交通信号”“摒弃交通陋习”，到“抵制七类违法”“拒绝危险驾驶”，再到“社会协同治理”“尊法守规明礼”“细节关乎生命”，再到“守规则除隐患”“知危险会避险”“守法规知礼让”“文明守法，平安回家”，聚焦文明安全，紧跟社会热点，交通安全日主题的发展是十二年公安交管发展的缩影，代表着国民交通安全意识的启蒙、塑造、丰富，“安全文明出行”已成为全社会的共识，日益深入人心，也是全体交警的心声和期盼！在此，邻水公安交警向您发出文明交通倡议书：          一、遵守交通规则，安全文明出行          严格遵守交通法规，做到机动车礼让斑马线，按序排队通行，车辆有序按位停放、文明使用车灯、喇叭，行人和非机动车各行其道、行人和非机动车过街遵守交通信号。

二 |     The late Raj Kapoor is known as one of the pioneers of Hindi cinema. He was an actor, director and producer. His illustrious filmography earned him the showman moniker. His greatest hits include Mera Naam Joker, Barsaat, Awaara and Shree 420, among other memorable titles.The star was born on December 14, 1924. On his 101st birth anniversary today, here are some rare facts about the greatest showman.1. Raj Kapoor was the actor's stage name. His birth name was Ranbir Raj Kapoor (Raj was the given middle name for all his brothers). Interestingly, his grandson Ranbir Kapoor shares his first name with him.2. Raj Kapoor made his first movie appearance at 10 years old. He was in the 1935 film Inquilab. It revolved around an earthquake in Bihar and featured Prithviraj Kapoor as well.3. Raj Kapoor started his movie studio, RK Films at the young age of 24. He became the youngest movie director with his directorial Aag. The film was released in 1948.4. Raj Kapoor featured in Awaara, the first film to cast three generations of actors from the Kapoor family - Raj Kapoor, Prithviraj Kapoor and Raj Kapoor's grandfather Dewan Basheshwarnath.5. When Raj Kapoor passed away in 1988, he was working on a film titled Henna. A Look Back at Showman Raj Kapoor's Life。         二、摒弃交通陋习，安全文明出行          坚决摒弃机动车随意变更车道、非紧急情况占用高速公路应急车道、开车接打电话或抽烟、驾乘人员不系安全带、车窗抛物、不礼让行人、违法停车及堵塞消防通道、电动车在机动车道行驶及随意穿插骑行、摩托车和电动车驾乘人员不佩戴安全头盔、行人过街不走人行横道或翻越隔离设施、乱穿马路等交通陋习。         三、弘扬法治精神，安全文明出行          积极学习交通安全法律法规，掌握交通安全知识，提高交通安全意识和文明交通习惯，出行时自觉遵守交通法规，服从交警和交通安全劝导员的指挥引导。积极参与、配合文明交通监督和疏导活动，宣传文明交通知识，纠正不文明交通行为，提醒家人和亲友树立文明交通意识，关爱自己和他人生命，做文明交通的倡导者。         四、树立风险意识，安全文明出行          坚决抵制无牌无证驾驶、酒后驾驶、超速行驶、疲劳驾驶、闯红灯、强行超车会车、超员、超载等危险驾驶行为。

三 |          五、尊重生命规则，安全文明出行          拒绝乘坐农用车、拖拉机等无资质车辆及超员、客货混装车辆、非法营运客车、私揽客源“黑”客车或无运营资质车辆。选择正规客运场站乘坐具有合法运营资质的车辆，发现非法营运车辆运营时，积极监督举报。         交通安全无小事！交通安全与群众出行息息相关，营造遵章守法、相互礼让的和谐社会风尚，创造安全畅通、文明有序的交通环境是大家共同的责任，让我们共同行动，以“小我”带动“大家”，以“个人”带动“人人”，从我做起，从现在做起，为交通安全出行系好“安全带”，筑牢交通安全防线，携手共创安全、畅通、有序的道路交通环境。
