一 |     New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI) India is deeply concerned at the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, including at the targeting of infrastructure and deaths of civilians, the Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said.

Responding to media queries on escalation of conflict in Ukraine, the official spokesperson reiterated that escalation of hostilities is in no one’s interest.

"We urge immediate cessation of hostilities and the urgent return to the path of diplomacy and dialogue. India stands ready to support all such efforts aimed at de-escalation," he said.

India has consistently maintained since the beginning of the conflict that the global order is anchored in the principles of the UN Charter, international law and respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states, Bagchi added.

Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar also held broad ranging discussion on Ukraine conflict and its impact on Indo Pacific region with Australian counterpart Penny Wong.

We have discussed Ukraine and its repercussions in the Indo Pacific region, the minister said addressing a joint press conference with his Australian counterpart after the two leaders held the 13th India-Australia Foreign Ministers' Framework Dialogue in Canberra.

二 | 当天，韩国警方称，韩国公调处把执行逮捕被停职总统尹锡悦的业务移交警方。公调处也发布公告称，已于5日晚向韩国警察厅国家调查本部发送了对尹锡悦逮捕令执行的全权委托公文。不久之后，韩国警察厅国家调查本部表示，公调处发送的尹锡悦逮捕令执行全权委托公文存在“法律缺陷”。

三 | 随后，警方又表示，今日抓捕尹锡悦存在“现实困难”。尹锡悦的律师尹甲根就公调处将尹锡悦逮捕令的执行全权委托给警方一事发表立场文表示，公调处“不能像转包工程一样，将调查中的一部分全权委托给其他机关”。2024年12月31日，韩国首尔西部地方法院以涉嫌发动内乱和滥用职权为由对尹锡悦发布逮捕令，逮捕令的有效期于本月6日截止。公调处本月3日对尹锡悦执行逮捕令，但遭到总统警卫处阻拦。经过数小时对峙后，公调处宣告行动失败，暂停执行逮捕令。

四 | 6日，韩国公调处称，将向法院申请延长对被停职总统尹锡悦的逮捕令有效期。
