三 | 对于一线货运从业者来说，新能源重卡的成本优势实实在在。常年在辛集跑线的货车司机王永强算了一笔账：电动重卡综合使用成本较燃油重卡低15%至30%。同时，车辆结构简单、维修频次低，省心又省钱。辛集的零碳物流实践，是全面推进新能源重卡规模化应用的生动体现。新能源货运发展水平取决于新能源货车数量和补能设施规模。截至2025年底，新能源重型营运货车数量达39384辆，居全国首位。依据印发的《省老旧营运货车报废更新补贴实施方案》，今年，5.55亿元专项补贴资金将用于全省新能源货车更新工作。
四 | 交通、电力等有关部门将协同联动、精准发力，逐一打通新能源场站建设等审批堵点难点。全省今年预计新增新能源货车4000余辆。与此同时，全省零碳运输通道、一体化新能源货车补能服务网络加速形成。
五 | 年内，将力争完成“冀中南—黄骅港”零碳物流通道建设；明年上半年建成京沪、京港澳高速零碳物流通道，后续将分步完善京哈、京昆、青银等干线高速的货运充换电配套设施。此外，将持续加密首都、省会周边补能设施布局，推动零碳物流补能站点连点成线、织密成网，同时完善唐山港、黄骅港、石家庄陆港等核心物流枢纽的中短途绿色补能网络，打通厂区、港区间的绿色物流通道。
